Start an instance with your bankroll and limits
An instance is one session of a system. Name it, set the base stake (one unit) and the payout multiplier, and optionally add a bankroll, profit target, stop-loss and maximum stake. Before you start, the app shows the first stake and how many losses in a row your limits can cover.

Stay in control
See the risk before you take it
“If you keep losing” lists the stakes – and the running total – required for the next losses in a row, counted from your current position. Stakes that would break one of your limits are highlighted, and when you reach your profit target or stop-loss the app offers to end the instance.

A complete record of every bet and every session
Each instance keeps a log of its bets with stake, multiplier, time, result and running balance, plus a balance chart. The History screen lists all instances of a system, marks open and completed ones at a glance, and can show open instances only.

Six progressions, one app
Every system in PlayBets Casino works with a base stake (one unit) and the payout multiplier of your bet – x2 for even-money bets such as red/black in roulette.

Martingale
Double the stake after a loss, return to the base stake after a win.
- When to use
- Short sessions on even-money bets (x2), with a bankroll that is large compared to the base stake and a high table limit.
- Why use it
- Any single win recovers every loss of the cycle and adds 1 unit of profit. The rules are the simplest of all systems.
- Watch out
- Stakes double after every loss: after 7 losses in a row the next bet is 128 units and you have already lost 127. The table limit can stop the progression, and a full cycle earns only 1 unit.
Big Martingale
Like Martingale, but after a win you step back one level instead of resetting to zero.
- When to use
- When you expect wins to come in clusters and want a recovering win to keep paying, instead of dropping straight back to the base stake.
- Why use it
- After a win you step back only one level, so the stake stays higher while the luck lasts – a run of wins after a losing streak earns more than in Martingale.
- Watch out
- Losses double the stake just like in Martingale, but the cycle ends only when wins bring you back to level 0, so you stay exposed to high stakes for longer.
Fibonacci
Increase the stake following the Fibonacci sequence after a loss; after a win, step back two positions.
- When to use
- When you want to recover losing streaks with a moderate bankroll and slower stake growth than Martingale.
- Why use it
- Stakes follow 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8… units – 10 losses in a row cost 143 units in total instead of 1023 with Martingale. Each win steps back two positions, covering roughly the last two losses.
- Watch out
- With even-money bets a cycle that had any loss ends at break-even; only a win on the very first bet earns +1 unit. After a long losing streak you need several wins to finish.
Labouchere
A cancellation system. The stake is the sum of the first and last numbers of a line; on a win you cross them off, on a loss you add the stake to the line.
- When to use
- When you want a fixed profit target per cycle – the sum of the starting line (10 units) – and expect to win at least about a third of your bets.
- Why use it
- A win crosses off two numbers while a loss adds only one, so a cycle can be finished with fewer wins than losses. Your balance plus the sum of the line always equals the target.
- Watch out
- Long losing streaks make the line longer and the stakes bigger. The system is hard to track by hand – PlayBets Casino keeps the line for you.
1-3-2-6
Stakes of 1, 3, 2 and 6 units on consecutive wins; reset after a loss.
- When to use
- When you want low risk and to take advantage of winning streaks – popular for even-money bets in baccarat, roulette and sports betting.
- Why use it
- A cycle never loses more than 2 units, and four wins in a row earn +12 units. Dropping to 2 units on step 3 protects part of the profit already won.
- Watch out
- The big payoff needs four wins in a row, so most cycles end with small results: −1, −2, 0 or +2 units.
Oscar’s Grind
Increase the stake by one unit after each win; reset after completing the grind.
- When to use
- Long, patient sessions aiming for small, steady gains of +1 unit per cycle.
- Why use it
- The stake grows only after a win and never more than needed to reach the goal, while losses keep it flat – the bankroll drains slowly.
- Watch out
- A long losing streak keeps the cycle open for many bets, and each completed cycle earns only 1 unit.
No staking system changes the house edge – it only changes how wins and losses are spread over time. Use the limits in PlayBets Casino to decide in advance how much you are prepared to lose.

Frequently asked questions
Is PlayBets Casino a gambling app?
No. You cannot place bets or play casino games in PlayBets Casino, and no real money is involved. It is a calculator and tracker for staking systems – you place your bets elsewhere and record the results in the app.
Can a staking system guarantee a profit?
No. No staking system changes the house edge – it only changes how wins and losses are spread over time. A long losing streak, a table limit or the end of your bankroll can stop any progression. PlayBets Casino shows this risk openly and helps you set limits before you start.
What is an instance?
An instance is one session of a system: its own base stake, multiplier, limits and list of bets. You can run several instances at the same time – the Open tab lists all of them – and every instance keeps its full history.
Which bets does it work with?
The systems are designed for even-money bets (multiplier x2), such as red/black or odd/even in roulette, player/banker in baccarat or similar odds in sports betting. You can set a different multiplier for an instance or for a single bet, and the possible win is calculated accordingly.
What happens when I reach my profit target or stop-loss?
The app tells you and offers to end the instance. It also warns you when the next stake would exceed your bankroll or maximum stake. You are always free to continue or to stop – the decision stays with you.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. PlayBets Casino works completely offline, without registration or sign-in.
Where is my data stored? How do I back it up?
All instances and bets are stored only on your device. To back them up or move them to another device, use Settings → Export to CSV and later Import from CSV. Importing never duplicates instances that are already in the app. The CSV file also opens in any spreadsheet.
Can I switch automatic bet naming on or off later?
Automatic bet naming is chosen when you create an instance and stays the same for that instance, so its bets are named consistently. With automatic naming off, you can type your own name for each bet.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 26.2 or later.

Your data stays on your device

This policy explains how the PlayBets Casino app for iPhone and iPad (“the app”) handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data.
Information the app stores
The app stores the information you enter – instance names, stakes, multipliers, limits, bet names, results and dates – together with your preferences (theme and default values). This information is saved locally on your device only and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Information we collect
None. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs, and it does not connect to the internet.
Exporting and importing data
When you choose Export to CSV, the app creates a file and saves it to the location you select (for example the Files app or iCloud Drive). Where that file goes afterwards is up to you and is governed by the service you choose. Import from CSV reads only the file you pick.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual instances or bets in the app, remove everything with Settings → Reset all data, or delete the app, which removes all of its data from your device.
Age
The app relates to gambling and is intended for adults aged 18 or over (or the legal gambling age in your country, if higher).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
